Poor Quality

Having now had the mug for 7 months. It chips very easily. The top and bottom rims have so many chips. If you put it in the microwave to warm up some cold tea, the handle get much hotter than the rest of the mug. It’s a great design but it’s been cheaply made. I bought cheaper mugs from elsewhere and not had similar issues with them.
